What We Look For

At US Capital Global, we offer our people the opportunity to work as a generalist or specialist within any of our five business divisions.

At US Capital, we are always looking for talented, motivated applicants whose backgrounds and expertise will enhance the capabilities of our team.

We embrace diversity, and our people come from a wide set of backgrounds and experiences. This creates a culturally rich and inclusive work environment.

If you're interested in working at US Capital, you should be able to demonstrate that you are highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.

We look for people who enjoy being challenged, are flexible in their thinking, and able to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly. Our ideal candidate is results-oriented, has good attention to detail, and is able to take on responsibility and work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical.

While we celebrate individual creativity, we also recognize that our best results most often emerge from collaboration and team effort. Our ideal candidate is therefore a committed team player with outstanding communication skills.

Above all, we look for people who have integrity, deep commitment, and a desire for excellence.

Internships

We actively seek to recruit talented people from all academic backgrounds into our internship programs. US Capital Global currently offers three-month internships in any of the company's five divisions.

As an intern, you will participate in a highly collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment, and will be part of a dynamic team that helps you succeed.

We invest in our people from the start, whether they are filling an open position or joining us as an intern. Our dynamic work environment is sustained by strong peer support and mentorship, making internships at US Capital an inclusive, empowering experience. Each individual has the opportunity to contribute and be rewarded for their input, and we place great emphasis on recognizing a good idea or outlook, no matter where it has come from.

Internships are designed to expose interns to as many facets of our industry as possible, and to give successful applicants the opportunity to participate at almost every level. Our interns manage projects, interact across departments, participate in client meetings, and organize data using technologies and software programs. As a result of the collaborative nature of our work culture, interns are included in all the projects and processes in which their division engages.

Travel and networking opportunities are also available to our interns, with frequent destinations including New York City, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

We want to give you the best experience we can at US Capital and help you develop the skills that will allow you to excel in your chosen field of work. We have helped our interns get into MBA programs and secure well-paid positions in large and prestigious firms in the United States and abroad.

Training and Orientation

We are a knowledge-based organization. This is reflected in our training. We are constantly carrying out research in new capital markets, products, and services. At US Capital Global, interns and associates are training in a career, not in a job.

Our interns benefit from being mentored by our highly successful senior analysts, underwriters, and investment banking professionals. Our ongoing training and mentoring programs are designed to foster future company leaders and help shape successful and personally fulfilling careers.

During the first month of your internship, you will get to attend various seminars on business development, capital markets, and the various products and services we offer here at US Capital. You will also have the opportunity to attend networking events and company-sponsored outings (dinners, happy hours, etc.) so that you can better understand our company culture and spend time with senior management in a more informal setting.

Our evaluation process at the end of each month allows us to understand your progress and needs as an intern. From that point, we can further assist you in establishing and working towards your career goals. The process also helps us identify personal development opportunities for you, which may include transferring to another division within US Capital to gain further experience, or possibly extending your internship term with us.
